No Windows Upgrade Anytime in Australia

Today I was thinking about upgrading my Windows Vista Business Edition to Windows Vista Ultimate Edition. Alas…. it appears that Microsoft hasn’t rolled out this service to Australia. The error I receive is [https://www.windowsanytimeupgrade-emea.com/WAU/Error.aspx]. The message says:

Thank you for your interest in Windows® Vista™.
Windows Anytime Upgrade is not available in your country/region at this time. You can purchase the edition of Windows Vista you are interested in at a Microsoft authorized merchant.
Hmmm… it has now been almost a month since Windows Vista became available. How come the service is still not available?

I’m with you; I just bought Business and there is no way I can upgrade (yet) to Ultimate. You can try using the US suppliers of programs but they don’t accept Australian dollars!
